Refund policy 

Thank you for purchasing our products at exstnce.com operated by EXSTNCE. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 days of your purchase. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs. In case you want a refund, please fill in the paper included in your package and put this in your return package together with the item that needs to be returned. 

Returns 

We accept returns for any reason, and issue a refund, store credit or an exchange of products. The item has to be sent back to Azijnmakerstraat 11, Delfgauw, 2645 JW, The Netherlands. The shipping costs are covered by EXSTNCE. 

We only take returns with the follow requirements:  

• The product(s) must be unworn and unwashed. 

• The product(s) must have the original tag attached.

• The product(s) must have been sent within 30 days. 

Exchange

In case you ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange. We cannot guarantee an exchange of products as this depends on the available stock. We can only offer a different size from the same product. We cannot swap items with the same price. If you want to make an exchange feel free to contact our customer support team via Contact. 

Refunds 

After we receive the returned order, we review the state of the item and after you get a confirmation email about your return. We strive to refund the money in approximately 5-10 business days. If you did not get your refund after 10 business days, contact us via Contact so we can work it out together.
