Which clothing size should I get? 

Our products fit a bit oversized. We recommend you take your normal size. If you want a loose fit we recommend going one size up and vice versa.

Can you give more information about a specific product?

How do I take care of my items? 

All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label.

What is your return policy?

It is possible to return your package under the following conditions: 

  • The product(s) must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • The product(s) must have the original tag attached.
  • The product(s) must have been sent within 15 business days. 
  • Fill in the return-paper that comes with your order and send it to Azijnmakerstraat 11, 2645JW, Delfgauw, The Netherlands.

Is it possible to get a refund?

It is possible to get a refund when returning a package. You will get a full refund if your returned order meets the above-mentioned requirements.

How long will it take for my refund to get processed?

After we receive the returned order, we review the state of the item and after you get a confirmation email about your return. We strive to refund the money in approximately 5-10 business days

Is it possible to exchange my package?

In case you ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange. We cannot guarantee an exchange of products as this depends on the available stock. We can only offer a different size from the same product. We cannot swap items with the same price.

Does the price include taxes (VAT)?

The price of our products include a mandatory (Dutch law) tax of 21%. This can be seen on the invoice that is sent by email after the purchase.

Will there be any additional costs to my order? 

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and additional charges may be added by your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and customs and are not collected by EXSTNCE.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods that we accept are iDeal, Maestro, Paypal, Visa, Apple Pay and Google pay.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Why not? 

It can take up to two hours after you place your order to get a confirmation in your email. If you didn’t get a confirmation after those hours, make sure to send a mail to exstnceclothing@gmail.com. Please also check your spam inbox.

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do? 

We strive to deliver as fast as possible but if you notice you made a mistake with your shipping address make sure to send a mail to exstnceclothing@gmail.com. We will see if we can change this but can't guarantee anything. If the order has already been processed then we can't make any changes.

Where do you deliver?

Orders to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus are currently not available.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on your place of residence.

Deliveries in the Netherlands 

  • Delivery time from 1 to 4 business days. 
  • Shipping costs are €5,95.  
  • We solely work together with PostNL so we offer standard shipping or you can pick up your order at your local PostNL Pickup-point. 

Deliveries within Europe 

  • Delivery time from 4 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs depend on which country you live in. Approximately, it will cost €10. 
  • Take not that deliveries to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus are temporarily not available. 

Deliveries outside Europe 

  • Delivery time from 7-12 business days.
  • The shipping costs will be estimated during the checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we have a fast processing procedure as we strive to ship all packages as soon as possible, we cannot change or cancel an order afterwards.

My item(s) is (are) damaged by delivery, what should I do?

When the item(s) is (are) damaged by delivery, you should immediately send us an email to exstnceclothing@gmail.com. We will further solve the problem for you.

Do I need an account to buy a product? 

It is not necessary to have an account to place an order on our website.

How do I create an account? 

Click the account button at the top right of our website and fill in all the mandatory fields. 

How do I delete my account? 

We can delete your account anytime, make sure to send an email to exstnceclothing@gmail.com. We will make sure to delete your account. You will get an email with the confirmation of the termination from your account.
